Using GenAI in Career Counseling: A Primer for Career Service Providers

As AI becomes increasingly integrated into career planning and job search, it is essential for Career Service Providers (CSPs) to understand how to use generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, ethically, responsibly, and effectively throughout the counseling process.
