Using GenAI in Career Counseling A Primer for Career Service Providers
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming how employers hire job candidates and how job seekers explore career opportunities and conduct job searches. As AI becomes increasingly integrated into career planning and the job search process, it is essential for Career Service Providers (CSPs) to understand how to use generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot, ethically, responsibly, and effectively throughout the counseling process.
