About Me

I began my counseling career in 2004 at the University of Wisconsin, where I earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling. I am a Certified Career Services Provider through the National Career Development Association (NCDA), a division of the American Counseling Association.

Over the years, I’ve worked with college students, veterans, families, teens, and individuals with disabilities. My personal goal with people I work with is to help them with life adjustments and navigate career transitions to find meaningful work. My current focus is on guiding students and working professionals as they redefine their career paths and adapt to an evolving chaotic job market shaped by AI and corporate digital transformations resulting in layoffs.

When I’m not working, I spend time with my family and cats, exploring the outdoors, binging on Netflix, and working with different crafts.
